Palo Alto, Calif., -based Capricorn Investment Group has acquired a minority stake in Greentech Capital Advisors, which plans to use proceeds from the investment to finance its U.S. expansion. Capricorn Investment was founded by former EBay President Jeffrey Skoll and according to Bloomberg News, counts former Vice President Al Gore as a client.
