A U.S renewable energy project developer backed by Veolia Environment, the French industrial group, has acquired a 50 megawatt solar photovoltaic project in California.
Ridgeline Energy, a developer wholly-owned by , the Paris-based waste management and water utility, has acquired a 50 megawatts solar PV project in California, company President Dennis Meany tells G.E.R.
The project is called the Frontier project. Meanny declined to name the seller or the acquisition price.
Ridgeline, which is based in Seattle, owns a 4 gigawatt solar and wind project pipeline. The company oversees late-stage projects in New York and Idaho.
