Revkin Confirms, He’s Leaving the Times
It’s official. Andrew Revkin is leaving The New York Times.
Imagine our dismay when we read it today on the Columbia Journalism Review site just a few days after Revkin told us that he wasn’t going to confirm that he was taking the buyout because it was “too distracting.” Oh well. The search for scoops continues…
He said he will continue to write the Dot Earth blog for NYTimes.com and take up a post at the Pace Academy for Applied Envrionmental Sciences in White Plains. He’s planning on leaving when he gets back to the U.S. on Monday after Copenhagen.
